On Seeing We Are One

Our needs are not separate, because all of us are one. What I think about you, I will think about myself. And what I see in myself, I will see in you. Only by accepting our oneness, do we come to see our differences in the light of truth.

On the level of spirit, there is no place where you stop and I start. Like waves in the ocean or sunbeams to the sun, there is no real separation. Separation does not actually exist, for there is only one of us here. The thought of separation is the illusion at the core of all problems in the world. As I heal my own thoughts of separation, I contribute to its healing everywhere.
